The home space is spacious and cosy, characterized by traditional Portuguese décor and wonderful attention to detail. Guests can expect a clean space, equipped with all the amenities that you will need. The space can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests, comprising four bedrooms, a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, stocked en-suite bathrooms and a spectacular outdoor area.
The large patio area takes centre stage of the property - people love to gather here when the sun pops up (which is most time of the year) and relax next to the pool on one of the many sun loungers provided.
Warm and welcoming, the open-plan living area immediately feels like home, with a large comfy seating area, a dining area for drinks and snacks, and a flatscreen TV for movie nights.
Three of our bedrooms are furnished with comfortable queen size mattresses, while the 4th is equipped with two single beds. As previously mentioned, each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, all stocked with all essentials for maximum comfort and convenience for your stay. This includes enough towels & other essential toiletries so you can pack other essentials.
Guest access
Prior to arrival, all guests are required to complete the check-in process online. Once completed, access to the property will be granted.
The entire property is private so consequently, you will have the entire place at your disposal.

🧺 We strive to provide great value. A clean and comfortable place to stay with style and character and great facilities. We like to provide our guests with a terrific experience with a well-stocked and cared for Airbnb to provide a great foundation for your vacation so we follow a strict cleaning protocol which consists of Covid-19 sanitization. Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out.
🔑 The property has a self-check-in system while our house rules consist of non-smoking, no parties and no pets policy within the property.

💶 Lagoa recently introduced a tourist tax with the below fees. This will be collected during the check-in process:
High season (from 1st of April to 31 of October) 2€ per person per night
Low season (from 1st of November to 31 of March) 1€ per person per night
💶 We use a third party service Waivo Damage Protection Program. At the check-in process we will ask whether you would prefer being charged a one-off, non-refundable fee of ~€30 that covers unexpected out-of-pocket expenses as result of damage during your stay, up to €1,401. Alternatively, if you do not wish to pay the above, you will be asked to hold €300 on your credit card which will be released 7 days after your stay should no damage occur. Full details and terms will be provided at the check-in process.
These fees will both be added during the check-in process which is typically sent a few weeks prior to arrival.
