The space
Welcome to your mountain home!
As you enter, you’ll find:
A bright living room with sofa (sofa-bed) opening onto a balcony with beautiful views over the mountains and valley
A fully equipped open kitchen, including a dishwasher, oven/microwave combo, induction hob, toaster, kettle, slow cooker, and full cookware/dinnerware set
Two comfortable bedrooms:
One double bedroom with storage
One double bunk room (sleeps 2) with storage
A modern bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower, sink, WC, and heated towel rail
A separate drying cupboard with a washing machine and drying area
Local TV (no Wi-Fi)
Boot room and ski locker for winter gear
Two private outdoor parking spaces
The apartment is ideally located opposite the ESF Marmottons ski school for young children — perfect for families with little ones learning to ski.
In summer, enjoy being directly across from mini golf and a small tennis court at Le Loy.
A free shuttle bus (Line No. 2) stops right outside and runs throughout the resort, connecting you easily to Linga, Pré-la-Joux, and Super-Châtel ski areas.
No Pets / No Smoking
Residence also live in the flats so we ask that noise is kept to a minimum after 10pm
Linen is to be provided by the guest or can be hired upon request at a fee.
Cleaning is 100 Euro's Per Stay (pay on arrival to host)
Only Sat / Sat bookings due to Host Meet and Greet (damage & inventory assessment)
Guest access
Guests have full access to the apartment, including:
• Two dedicated outdoor parking spaces
• A private ski locker (available year-round)
Access can be through the underneath car park (where the ski locker and boot room is located) or through the front door of the apartment block - please no ski boots on the stairs
Other things to note
Stays are Saturday to Saturday only.
Linen is not provided – please bring your own or request a linen package (available for a fee, arranged at least 14 days before arrival).

Double bed: 140 × 200 cm (fitted sheet, duvet cover, 50 × 60 cm pillowcases)
Two single beds: 80 × 190 cm (fitted sheet, duvet cover, 50 × 60 cm pillowcases)
Bath towels, bath mats, kitchen towels
Please note: the apartment is located on the 2nd floor (no elevator) and is therefore not accessible to guests with reduced mobility.
