As part of the new La Carlina residence the Cissac apartment is ideally located and is perfect for a family or group of friends.Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place.

The space
Cissac has everything you need for a holiday on the slopes. It is on the doorstep to the Pleney lift station and amazingly close to restaurants and bars. The apartment sleeps 6 guests in 2 bedrooms and a bunkroom. Although the apartment is open plan, the kitchen diner is slight offset from the lounge area, which delivers a more seperate feel to the two zones. Please note that the living room of Cissac has a limited view.

La Carlina residence has been built to a high modern standard with double glazed windows therefore we don’t expect you to be bothered by noise, even though you are in the heart of the action.

Cissac Open Plan Living
The entrance way to the apartment opens up to an open plan living room, kitchen and dining area. There is a large SMART tv which has UK Freeview and French channels.

The kitchen is well equipped, with a hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and large fridge/freezer. 6 guessts can be seated around the dining table.

Bedrooms at Cissac
There are 2 double rooms which can be made into twins and a compact bunk room with adult size beds. Bedroom 1 is ensuite and bedroom 2 and the bunk room share a bathroom.

Other Amenities at Cissac
A ski locker on the lower floor includes boot dryers and a place to store skis and boards. There is a private underground garage space for one car. Please note that as the carpark has a small footprint, it can be unsuitable for large vehicles.

Cissac apartment has a superb location, just at the foot of the Pleney, less than a minute’s walk to board the Telecabine.

The shops, bars and restaurants of Morzine are on your doorstep.

The SuperMorzine lift is just 5 minutes walk on foot or via the free Petit Train which stops outside the Pleney Telecabine.
