Welcome to D28, our lovely family caravan set in the stunning coastal location of Ladram Bay, one of Devon’s most beautiful seaside destinations. Ideal for families, couples, or anyone looking for a relaxing break by the sea.
Ladram Bay is a fantastic choice for families, with safe beach access, on-site activities, and plenty to explore nearby. Whether you’re rock pooling, enjoying coastal walks, or relaxing after a day out, D28 is the perfect base for a memorable seaside escape.

The space
D28 Ladram Bay is a 6 berth light and bright static Caravan situated in Monks View within easy walking distances to the local amenities. The Caravan has a well stocked kitchen and a Nespresso coffee machine, a spacious sitting room with a 43” Freeview TV & DVD player. It has a collection of DVD’s, board games and books for all ages that you are more than welcome to use!

This two bed caravan has a double bedroom with plenty of storage and access to a toilet and shower. This room also comes with its own Freeview TV and DVD.

Fresh linen is provided and each bed has a laundered mattress protector but towels are not supplied. You will also need to supply your own Nespresso coffee pods.

The second bedroom has twin beds, which can easily convert into a double. Additionally there is a concealed sofa bed within the large lounge area and there is also a second separate toilet.

Outside, D28 has its own outdoor seating area enabling you to really relax and enjoy the recently designed enclosed patio area.

The caravan comes with its own parking space.
