Well presented main door apartment located in a popular residential area within walking distance for excellent local amenities.
This perfectly located one bedroom apartment is modern and is perfect for visits to the city.
The flat is bijou and perfectly laid out with great use of space. The property can sleep 4 (1 king size bed and 1 double sofa bed) however for the best use of the space its perfect for 2 adults.

The space
Being a commercial re-development (previously a shop) there has been great use of the space to offer a small but well equipped kitchen and the bathroom comprises of a shower only.

Local Transport:
Edinburgh Tram
The tram stop for the apartment is Balfour Street, which is a 1-minute walk to the apartment. This means that you can actually take the tram from the airport to the apartment (with 1 change centrally).

Parking:
This may change - it is suggested to check the signs and council website directly.

From 26th June 2023 parking will no longer be available on the street freely. Edinburgh council have implemented controlled parking zones, with a very limited number of pay at meter spots, if available they will cost around £3.10 per hour which will be paid upon parking.
The controlled zones will run from Monday – Friday from 0830 – 1730. Should you be visiting outside these days/times you will be able to continue to park. Within these times the option of hourly parking will be available but extremely limited and quite expensive. Close by, there may be roads off Easter Road which may be ok to park in, however I’d recommend you check on the Edinburgh council site, alternatively there are 2 car parks available at the top of Leith Walk – Greenside or St James Quarter.

Visitor Levy - COMPULSORY FEE - 5% of the nightly rate (to a max of 5 nights) to be collected ontop of the reservation, payable to Edinburgh Council via the owner.
This is collected by the property owner and paid to the council (on their request). This fee is non-negotiable for all short stays from July 2026.
