Please note this is a no pets property.

Kitchen & Living Areas:

The ground floor welcomes you with a beautifully renovated kitchen, complete with a breakfast table, perfect for relaxed morning starts. The adjoining dining room is a real showpiece, featuring a grand dining table and large windows out to the front of the property, making every meal feel like an occasion.

A handy study and functional utility room complete the ground floor, keeping everything practical and well equipped for a comfortable stay.

Head upstairs and the wow factor continues, the first floor lounge is really special, with floor to ceiling windows framing uninterrupted sea views, a private balcony to soak it all in, and cosy sofas for gathering on cooler evenings. This is a home that truly lives up to its setting.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms:

Devonshire Terrace has four good sized bedrooms across two upper floors, offering comfort and privacy for all guests. The master bedroom on the top floor benefits from lovely sea views and its own private ensuite shower room (please note this room has a shower and sink only, toilet is found in the family bathroom adjacent). There is also a kingsized room and two further doubles. A travel cot is available for infants under 2 at no extra charge.

Bedroom 1 (Top floor): Master bedroom with Superking bed and private ensuite shower room (shower and sink only no toilet) Bedroom 2 (Top floor): Double bed (benefits from family bathroom with roll top bath on this floor)
Bedroom 3 (Middle floor): Kingsize bed (shares family bathroom located on this floor with bath and separate shower)
Bedroom 4 (Middle floor): Double bed (shares family bathroom located on this floor with bath and separate shower)

A WC is also located on the ground floor.

Location:

Ventnor is one of the Isle of Wight's most cherished and characterful seaside towns, and Devonshire Terrace sits right at its heart. With its Victorian seafront, independent boutiques, cafés and restaurants just moments away, everything you need is on the doorstep. The wider island is easily explored from here, from the dramatic cliffs at St Catherine's Point to the sandy beaches at Compton Bay, the island's finest spots are all within easy reach.
Parking: Parking is available in the bays to the front of the property, please park with consideration for the neighbours.

Devonshire Terrace sleeps up to 8 guests across its four bedrooms and is ideal for families or groups looking for a home with real character and a genuine sense of place.

Please note this is a strictly no pets property.

Guest access
Guests are welcome to use the entire property. Please note that the utility space is a functional and practical space that is also used for owners storage of tools and equipment, children must not access it unattended.

No Parties:

To maintain the peaceful and family-friendly nature of Devonshire Terrace, our home is best suited for families and couples looking to enjoy a relaxing stay on the Island. Devonshire Terrace is a strictly no-parties, no-events property. This rule is in place to protect what is a much loved family home and out of respect for our neighbours.

No Pets:
Please note that this a a strictly no pets property, any breach of this will incur a fine.

Ferrys:

We are able to provide up to a 35% discount with Wightlink and between a 15-20% discount with Red Funnel. We ask that guests contact us once their booking is secured, stating which ferry service they wish to use.

Quiet hours:

Guest must note that quiet hours are in place 11pm-7am out of courtesy for our lovely neighbours.

Cleaning and Consideration:

We kindly ask that guests leave the property in the condition they would hope to find it. This is a much-loved home, not just a holiday rental. Any extra cleaning or excessive rubbish removal may incur additional charges, so we really appreciate your care and consideration. Please notify us promptly of any breakages or damages so that we are able to rectify them promptly.

Guests with Limited Mobility:

Due to the bedrooms being located on the 1st and 2nd floor, Devonshire Terrace may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. We ask that parents of very young children take care when they are navigating the stairs.
