The space
Dolce Vita is a first floor apartment with lift access, large balcony overlooking the commual swimming pool.
On entering there is a fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, coffee machine, well equipped with utensils.
The modern apartment has a black and white colour scheme giving it a contemporary feel. There is a large comfortable sofa, TV with Meo service. Free Wifi included in rent.
Large dining table with seating for 4 people.
The Bedrooms, master with King bed, fitted wardrobes, French door to second balcony with seating, that gets late afternoon sun into the evening. En- suite bathroom with walk in shower,new for 2026, WC, sink with cupboard under.
Second bedroom has two single beds, fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers, French doors to the second balcony, countryside views.
The second bathroom has a shower cubicle, wc, and pedestal sink.

Main Balcony has a table and chairs for 4 people.


Cot and Highchair available at extra cost, depending on length of stay, please ask for details.

The whole of the apartment is Available for guest use, as well as the commual areas, including swimming pool, a small library of books.

Other things to note
The Royal Cabanas Beach Complex is one of the smallest in Cabanas having just 28 apartments compared to 100+ on many of the others including Cabanas Beach Complex, this gives a more relaxed experience.
Only 3 mins walk to the Boardwalk it couldn't be better placed for exploring the seafront, beach and beautiful area.

On the Ria Formosa Cabanas is very special all year round resort, great golf courses, boat trips, bird watching and a great bar, restaurant and cafe scene.
A small ferry takes you to the 12 mile beach, water sports available, sunbeds to hire.
