The space
Dublin Dream Home is an exquisite, energy-efficient retreat located in a quiet, residential cul-de-sac near Dublin’s scenic coastline and city centre. Thoughtfully designed across three levels, the home comfortably accommodates up to 11 guests and is ideal for families, professionals, and group travellers.
The ground floor features a spacious, light-filled living room with wooden flooring and a 50-inch smart TV (Sky, Netflix, Paramount+). The sofa bed sleeps 2 guests. Adjacent is a stunning open-plan kitchen with an island breakfast bar, full dining area, and modern appliances including an air fryer, Nespresso Vertuo machine, and a utility room with washer and dryer. Patio doors open onto a private rear garden, perfect for relaxing or socialising.
On the first floor, you'll find:
* A king-size bedroom with private ensuite (sleeps 2)
* A twin bedroom with two single beds (sleeps 2)
* A bedroom with a small double bed (sleeps 2)
* A family bathroom with full-size bath and WC – shared with the host
On the second floor:
* A large master suite with a king-size bed and private ensuite (sleeps 2), plus a fold-out bed for 1 additional guest and space for a travel cot
* A single bedroom which is occupied by the host during your stay
Guests have exclusive access to the two ensuite bathrooms. The family bathroom on the first floor is shared with the host. All guest bedrooms are tastefully decorated, carpeted, and full of natural light.

* Last-minute bookings made within 48 hours of arrival may require a check-in time adjustment from 3:00pm to 6:00pm
* Same-day bookings may require check-in time change from 3:00pm to 8:00pm
* Only the number of adults listed in the confirmed reservation will be accepted – additional guests are not permitted
* Each adult Staying Guest must provide valid government-issued ID within 48 hours of booking and again at check-in
* Only confirmed Staying Guests are allowed to stay overnight
* The minimum age to book and check in is 25 – exceptions may be considered upon request, with an additional refundable security deposit of €100 per guest, up to €1,000 per booking
* This property does not accommodate hen, stag, or similar group celebrations
* Quiet hours are from 9:00pm to 7:00am in line with neighbourhood policy – please respect the peaceful environment
* Guests are expected to leave the home in the same condition as they found it
Check-out is strictly by 10:00am:
* Late check-out may be available on request but must be arranged in advance
* If no prior agreement is made and check-out occurs after 10:00am, a €500 fee will apply due to disruption to cleaning schedules
* Late check-out is not guaranteed and is subject to availability
Check-in:
* Standard check-in is from 3:00pm via secure key safe
* Remote assistance is available until 10:00pm to ensure a smooth arrival
* Check-in after 10:00pm is still possible using the key safe, but assistance may be limited
* Full instructions will be provided ahead of your stay
* Penalties apply for breach of house rules
* Guests will be charged for any damage caused during the stay
* Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property – a €250 penalty will apply if this rule is broken
