Located on the historic high street, Elgin Cottage is a cosy Grade 2 listed cottage just moments from the shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants, 450 yards from the bustling harbour and an easy walk (or v short drive) to the beach. Perfect for a family holiday or a get together with friends it provides the ideal base to explore this stunning area of North Norfolk.
The space
The building is on three floors. Downstairs is a well equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room with a fold-out dining table. A door from the kitchen leads to the courtyard garden. Stairs from the living room lead to the master bedroom with views over the High Street. A bathroom with a shower is also on this level. Stairs accessed via a door from the master bedroom lead to a large room with two beds, tucked away at the top of the house. A door from the kitchen leads to a courtyard garden and an outbuilding with a washing machine and tumble drier, toilet and electric shower.
Please note that access to the second bedroom is via the master bedroom.
All bed linen and towels are supplied.

Please note that there in high season (July and August) there is a 7 night minimum stay. There is a 3 night minimum stay for the rest of the year.
