The space
This beautifully presented three-storey retreat offers generous space, elegant interiors, and glimpses of the coast perfect for relaxed, memorable stays.

On the ground floor, two inviting double bedrooms and a sleek family bathroom create a calm and comfortable place to unwind. From here, step out into the private garden and patio ideal for morning coffee or evening drinks in the fresh sea air.

The first floor is the social heart of the home. A bright, open-plan living area features plush seating, a cosy fireplace, and a large window drawing in natural light and coastal views. The fully equipped kitchen and stylish dining space with breakfast bar make it perfect for cooking, gathering, and spending quality time together.

Upstairs, two spacious king-size bedrooms and a modern main bathroom offer added privacy ideal for families or groups who appreciate both space and separation.

Set in the centre of Cleveleys, just a short stroll from the beach, promenade, shops, and transport links, everything is within easy reach. Blackpool, Lytham St Annes, and Poulton-le-Fylde are all a short drive away for restaurants, bars, and attractions.

Designed for relaxed getaways rather than parties, ensuring a peaceful stay for all guests.

• Are towels included?
Yes, fresh bath towels, hair towels, hand towels, and kitchen towels are all provided for your stay.

• Can we check in early or leave later?
This may be possible depending on bookings either side of your stay. Feel free to get in touch and we’ll let you know if we can accommodate.

• What’s the minimum stay?
We require a minimum stay of 2 nights.

• How will we get the keys?
Access is via a secure lockbox at the property. Your code will be shared with you 24 hours before arrival.

• Will we be sharing the property?
No, the house is entirely yours for the duration of your stay, so you can relax in complete privacy.

• Where can we park?
The driveway fits up to 3 small cars. Please be mindful not to use neighbouring driveways. There is also additional parking available nearby on Beach Road.

• Do you provide items for babies or young children?
We don’t supply travel cots or baby equipment, so we recommend bringing your own to ensure safety and familiarity.

• Is the kitchen set up for cooking?
Yes, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including cookware, utensils, and basic essentials like oil, salt, and pepper.

• Can we invite extra guests over?
Only those included on the booking are permitted at the property, in line with insurance and safety requirements.

• What’s the Wi-Fi like?
The property has recently been upgraded to fibre Wi-Fi. If you experience any issues during your stay, just let us know and we’ll be happy to assist.

Hi, I’m Angus and I host Equinox House alongside my mum Stephanie. We’re local to the Fylde Coast and renovated the house ourselves to create a relaxed coastal stay just steps from the beach. Having grown up nearby, we love sharing the area with guests and are always happy to recommend our favourite walks, cafes and places to explore.
