Get comfortable and enjoy your stay in Betws Y Coed in Fairhaven Stay. Fairhaven Stay is a centrally located 8 room house with views overlooking the Llugwy River as well as the Gwydyr Forest.
The double room comes complete with river view, smart tv and an en suite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
At the Heart of Snowdonia National Park, Mount Snowdon is only a 20 min drive away.Enjoy the Welsh countryside by exploring nature through outdoor activities such as walks,biking and photography

The space
Double Bedroom - double bed, wardrobe, small shelved cupboard, bedside tables, lamps and linen.

En Suite Bathroom - shower, sink, toilet, towels, bath mat and toilet rolls including spares.

Not provided - Onsite car parking space (it is guests responsibility to find parking - there are 3 pay and display carparks in the village), hoover, toilet cleaning products, mop, hand towels.

This room is situated above a quite central location.

Guest access
The double room is Room No. 11. This is clearly indicated on the door upstairs on entrance to the room. You will have a front door key which allows you to access the front entrance door to the building and a separate room key which gives you access to your private accommodation.

If you would like to contact me before 3pm (checkin time) I am available via the airbnb app for messages and phone calls where I am very active and reply immediately.

At the time of checkin (3pm) I will send check in details including Keysafe codes for relevant room booked via the airbnb app. Note I do not provide this information before 3pm on day of arrival.

From 5pm - 9pm 7 days a week there is always a person in the Abbasi's Indian Restaurant for you to speak to and answer any queries you may want answering in person.
