Room in a guest suite
Your own room in a home, plus access to shared spaces.
Brick Row is an ideal place to stay for hikers & bikers in a Grade 2 listed Workers Cottage that was built in 1876 with period Victorian Gothic architecture.
Downstairs In the same building as the hosts with its King-size double bed, this room with ensuite is the perfect choice for a getaway, an ideal stay in a home away from home.
I have a 9 month old puppy Barney, so please do NOT book if this is a problem.
The space
Ground floor King-Size bed room with deluxe pocket-sprung mattress, en-suite private shower room with toilet and laundry facilities. Linen, towels, toiletries and hair-dryer are all included to make your stay more comfortable.
Shared areas with hosts include an open-plan kitchen and living room with wood-burning stove. A space for remote working with free connection to our high-speed broadband is all yours to use.
While relaxing in a very welcoming and friendly environment, Brick Row Cottage is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a break.
Guest access
Sharing access, with host. I like to meet with guest on arrival but if not possible a key will be left in our lockbox.
During your stay
Welcome to my home, myself and Barney look forward to meeting you and are very happy to share with like-minded Travellers.
Brick Row cottage is located In the heart of the Village where the Mourne Mountains sweep down to the shores of Carlingford Lough just across the road from the glorious Kilbroney Park and Fairy Glen, and around the corner from the village shops, cafes and pubs.
Here you will find everything you need for a perfect stay.
If you enjoy cooking, the kitchen is fully equipped or instead of eating out, the village has much to offer. Take a walk in the park, through the Fairy Glen, along the forest, the sea front, or up the mountain. If you are into folk music, there is a pub session almost every night of the week in one of our locals.
Rostrevor is a friendly village of outstanding natural beauty.
We can also help with any queries and can recommend things to do locally if requested.
