A boutique period self catering 1 double bed (+sofa bed) apartment in the centre of Pembrokeshire for easy access to all beaches, forests and castles you could want! Pembroke Dock is the perfect base to explore Pembrokeshire and Ffau Bach is on the coastal path as it passes through the town. There is a small view of the Cleddau River from the lounge window. Ffau Bach - Little Den - is in a converted Victorian building with free parking. The neighbouring apartment, Nyth Bach, can also be rented.

The space
Ffau Bach - Little Den is decorated in a traditional Victorian style with wood panelling in the lounge and bedroom, cast iron fireplace in the lounge and green metro tiles in the bathroom with brass accents throughout. Little Den’s high standard of decoration creates a boutique feel whilst the colour palette give a cosy feel to welcome you home after a long day exploring Pembrokeshire.

The kitchen is stocked with washing up liquid, herbs, spices, tea, coffee and sugar and all the regularly cooking utensils, pots and pans.

The lounge, kitchen and dinning area are open plan. The space has a luxurious feel with a velvet sofa, curtains and cushions. The cast iron fire place is topped with brass mirrors either side, smart television above and matching Victorian style brass lights illuminate the room. There is a velvet single sofa bed for those wishing to stay as a three (please select three persons when booking and I will leave bedding out to make up the sofa bed).

The bedroom is a separate room, again feeling luxurious with an Eve full memory foam mattress, Egyptian cotton bedding, a velvet bed topped with a chunky knitted throw and brass bedside and ceiling lights.

The bathroom is tiled floor to ceiling with green tiles and with brass accents throughout. The flooring is Welsh slate.

The apartment is on the first floor via a generous Victorian staircase.

Ffau Bach is the perfect base for exploring all Pembrokeshire has to offer. The 13th Century Pembroke Castle is just 5 minutes drive away, Carew Castle is 10minutes drive. Victorian harbour town Tenby is 20minutes drive away. Fishing Village Saundersfoot is 25 minutes away. Going north to St David’s (the smallest city in the UK) is just 25 minutes. Pembroke Dock itself is steeped in history with old forts and the Dock yard. It’s also where the Star Wars millennium falcon was built! The coastal path runs in front of the apartment while it takes a small detour inland. The coast and a pebble beach with A LOT of sea glass can be reached within 5 minutes walk along Fort Road.
