Mountain and valley views

Soak up the views during your stay.
Quiet luxury awaits at 'Susana' our magical escape. 'Susana' has everything you need for a rural retreat, making it the perfect location to relax and take in the views any time of the year. Filled with handpicked curios and vintage pieces the open plan living space has all mod cons including air con and fire with private separate bedroom and en-suite bathroom. This space has been designed for your every need and its terrace awaits with comfy sofa and views for days.

The space
‘Susana' is set in the heart of our organic led estate, surrounded by citrus, olive groves and wildlife. Our guests are welcome to wander around and help themselves to all the fresh produce it offers knowing no chemicals or harsh farming techniques have been used. ‘Susana’ is approached by a magical path through lemon and orange trees around 100 metres from our main farmhouse. Cars can either park at the main finca car park or a 4X4 can drive direct to Susana.

We have a pool area, shared with our other accommodation, available from May to September inclusive.

Guest access
On arrival you will be shown to our car park area and then checked in at our reception. From here we will arrange to have your luggage brought to 'Susana' and guide you through our groves to your idyllic location. Alternatively 4X4 cars can access ‘Susana’ directly along a dedicated driveway to the building.

Other things to note
All guests should be aware that Finca Martina and ‘Susana’ are based in the countryside in the Sierra De Las Nieves mountain range. As such access involves inclines and declines and access to The Casita requires walking up and down paths between the main reception and the accommodation. The building is secluded and because of this there are several tiers and staircases between the main building and where you will be staying.

Hi there! I'm James, originally from northern England but now living on the side of a mountain in Málaga province, Andalucía, Spain. With Paul we're working on building a retreat to take advantage of the tranquility, fresh air and stunning views of our citrus and olive farm. We'd love for you to come experience it! When we're travelling, we like to spend time exploring local neighbourhoods, which means street photography for me and flea markets and thrift stores for Paul. It's important to have a quiet sanctuary at the end of the day so we'll usually opt for an entire place to ourselves.
