* There is a lovely rooftop terrace with additional sunbeds and lounge seating exclusively for you to relax and enjoy the views.
Sunbeds down on the beachfront are primarily reserved for hotel guests, however you are welcome to use them when available.

* The nearby kite school and beachfront restaurant may occasionally close depending on the season or operating schedule, so we recommend enquiring directly with them in advance.

* The apartment includes reliable Wi-Fi and hot water throughout your stay.

* The property is surrounded by beautiful tropical nature and local wildlife. Friendly monkeys are often seen around the area and can be quite cheeky — they may try to steal food if doors are left open during the daytime. They also sometimes jump on the roof, which can sound surprisingly loud at first!

* The area is considered very safe and secure. There is also a caretaker and housekeeper on-site who are available to assist with any issues or questions during your stay. A chef can be provided at extra cost. Please enquire.

* The master bedroom is partial sea view features a large double bed and ensuite bathroom.

Neighbourhood highlights

This is the best location in Diani. The beach is truly amazing. It is peaceful yet close to shops and amenities. The apartment is on the same property as Kenyaways a guest house with kite school and restaurant which is owned by Linzi. It is sometimes closed during low seasons but There are other restaurants nearby walking distance, 2 are on the beach. There is a small grocery and craft shop walking distance near the colobus conservation centre. The colobus centre is well worth a visit and has an informative museum about the area.

I have been living here for over 40 years with my late husband Tony Kennaway who has lived here for over 60 years. We have lovingly created and built up the Kennaway property over many years.
