Surfboards are not allowed inside the building but guests have access to a lockable surf shed if required.
Other things to note
Please note that this flat is a penthouse, so on the second floor and is only accessible up two wide flights of stairs.
Free parking for one vehicle in the grounds of the property. If you need an extra car then we can arrange permit parking about 400m away at additional cost.
During school holidays we operate a 7 night minimum booking policy and our changeover day is Friday. If you wish for something different or creative, please send a message - we may be able to accommodate you.
Sorry, no pets are allowed and no young (all under 30) single sex groups.
Towels are provided for use in the property only - please bring your own towels to take to the beach.
As of 2025 it should be noted that there is building work in the public car park opposite as the old "beachcomber" café has been demolished and is being replaced by a new restaurant on the cliff side. Guests have fed back that they do not find it disruptive to their stay.
As a result, access to the beach for everyone is about 200m further down the road at the main slipway by the stream.
