Other things to note
Please note that the flat is on the first floor.
Stairs and a lift service the ground floor to 3rd floor , which allows access to Rockfield Road and the parking at the rear.
The ground floor allows access onto the communal courtyard at the front of the property, which has a wide flight of steps down to the Esplanade where the entrance to Barricane beach is about 50 metres away.
There is no step free access to the road (the Esplanade) at the front from the courtyard
Parking is available in an allocated space for 1 car.
If you need to bring a second vehicle we can arrange permits for street parking about half a mile away at extra cost.
Towels are provided for use in the property only - please bring your own towels to take to the beach.
