The space
The house is situated on Garnett Street, and the entrance to the house is down a flight of exterior steps. The house is unsuitable for those who cannot manage steps very well.

The entire property including the organic food shop beneath, which has separate access from Market Street, was renovated in 2019 to a high standard, with further refurbishment in 2024. It is well insulated, spacious and tasteful.

Ground floor - open-plan entrance-kitchen-dining and lounge with TV. Washing machine. Downstairs loo.

1st floor - bedroom 1 (super-king) and bedroom 2 (super-king or twin). Bathroom with all-in-one bath and shower.

Attic - bedroom 3 with super-king and 2 x single bed-pods under the eaves.
