Modern, high end finished property. Ideal location to access all of Northern Ireland’s main attractions including Game of Thrones studio in Banbridge - 40 minutes. Also available for short term rentals for those who need that little bit longer to stay for work or family commitments. Prices available on request.
The space
Lovely modern accommodation in a residential area on the lane accessing the golf course. The house is immaculate throughout having been a private residence until very recently. A high speed fibre internet connection is on the premises so whether you are there on business or pleasure you can stay connected to the outside world. Smart TV so stay up to date with your favourite entertainment on Netflix orAppletv. The kitchen is fully equipped, work tops are granite and units are in a lovely hand painted cream finish. Kitchen and living area is open plan, prefect for entertaining. The house has a log burner for that cosy warm feeling. Oil fired heating is also there at the touch of a button. The two bedrooms are cosy and modern. The bathroom is finished to a high standard and comes with a power shower.
The outside space is an ideal relaxation area with a covered seating area, perfect for outside dining. It has off road parking. External camera on site.
Guest access
House will only be available to one rental at a time.
