Gryphon, managed by Elevation Alps is a self catered apartment for 4 guests in the new La Carlina residence, which is right next to the Pleney Telecabine in Morzine.

The Pleney Telecabine is the main ski lift in Morzine and where all ski lessons meet. It is right in the heart of the village with the shops, bars and restaurants on the doorstep.

The space
Gryphon is a 2 bedroom, 41 square meter apartment – ideal for a family, a couple or small group of friends who want a ski in ski out experience. Morzine self catered accomodation doesn’t get any more central than this!

La Carlina residence has been built to a high modern standard with double glazed windows so we don’t expect you to be bothered by noise, even though you are in the heart of the action.

Gryphon Open Plan Living
This well designed space has everything you need. Gryphon apartment is open plan allowing for a light and airy feel with modern furnishings. The generous balcony has views down the valley and is the perfect spot to watch the evening sunsets.

There is a full kitchen with full 4 ring hob, standard oven, dishwasher and microwave plus plenty of cupboard space.

There is dining for 4 guests and comfortable seating. The internet connected TV with UK and French channels.

Gryphon Bedrooms
The apartment has a double or twin bedroom and a small bunk room. There is hanging space and storage in the main bedroom and hallway.

The shower room and WC are separate.

Other Amenities at Gryphon
The apartment includes a washer dryer and storage in the hall for boots and coats.

A lockble private cave on the lower floor includes boot dryers.  In the summer this can be used for 2 bikes.

There is one private underground parking space.  Please note that as the carpark has a small footprint, it is unsuitable for large vehicles.

Guest access
The apartment has a private space in the garages below the building. The height is 1.9m and the general space in the underground parking is tight, so it is not suitable for long or high vehicles.

Other things to note
This apartment is right next to the slopes, bars and shops. The bar at the foot of the slopes has music during apres time which is from about 1600hr to 2000hr.
