With a relaxed charm, a fun & at times quirky approach, it is the perfect place to make new memories. Set in a private estate with woodland walks and play area.
The space
The Mill & Barn provided an abundance of social space in the kitchens, living rooms, cinema room, library and Mill dining room.
Separating a cosy home downstairs to a boutique hotel feel upstairs with luxury bedrooms and bathrooms. We sleep 18 adults in total plus children. In the Mill (13 adults) and Barn (5 adults) plus children in the cots or toddler beds. The Barn is a former Threshing Barn now converted into a two bedroomed and bathroomed holiday home with a super stylish kitchen, living and dining area.
The full Mill House & Threshing Barn will be yours, set in an estate with a woodland, pond area and acres of land to explore.

- 5 Bedrooms in the Mill(plus a snug with sofa bed to make 6); 3 Kingsize beds (two zip link, one with separate pull out bed) and two doubles.
- 5.5 Bathrooms, 4 ensuite bedrooms, 1 bedroom next door to their own bathroom & downstairs toilet.
- 2 bathrooms with bath and shower, 2 with showers only, 1 with bath only. Family bathroom has bath and overhead shower.
- Very spacious living room with comfortable seating for 12+ (a range of firm and soft seating to suit all) and TV.
- Large farmhouse-style, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, range, second oven/hob and breakfast table for 6.
- Fabulous dining room (with old Mill workings) and huge reclaimed wood dining table (seats up to 16).
- Cinema room (with sofa bed) – large TV, Blu-Ray player and On Demand TV (Netflix account included) and toy chest.
- Library with games/craft table, books and drawing desk.
- Spacious utility with washer, dryer and separate freezer.
- Large enclosed private garden with patio (seating for 13+), woodland walks, pond and stream (enclosed), BBQ, play centre and beautiful views of surrounding countryside.

One bedroom with a superking bed & ensuite bath and shower.
Second bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with shower. A superking/Twin or Triple bed layout is available in this room
Large kitchen, living space and dining area in the central former Threshing Barn space.

EVCharger is available the Mill & Barn. We charge 50p per KWH for car charging. This can be paid in cash or via bank transfer. Please contact us and we can let you know what you have used if you do not know.
