Enjoy estuary views from the rooftop terrace & direct water access just steps away. Paddleboard, kayak, or simply unwind by the sea, the perfect Salcombe escape.

Inside, the open‑plan kitchen and dining space is bright, spacious and perfect for entertaining. The well‑equipped kitchen flows into a handy utility area and downstairs cloakroom.

The stunning living room features a wood burner and a cosy window seat—an inviting spot to unwind after a day exploring. Beautiful textures and thoughtful décor fill every corner.

Upstairs, the first floor offers a gorgeous king bedroom with chic furnishings and plenty of wardrobe space. The twin room is playful enough for children yet refined enough for adults. A stylish family bathroom features a roll‑top bath and a large separate shower.

A Norwegian staircase leads to the third floor (please note: use is entirely at your own risk, and children must be supervised). At the top, you’ll find a cool chill‑out space with a TV—perfect for kids or teens to escape and relax.

Large glass doors open onto a sunny private terrace with comfortable seating for four and views across the water towards Snapes Point. It’s a wonderful spot to enjoy a book or sip something chilled in the sun.

Parking: The nearest long stay car park is The Creek Car Park which is an easy 7 minute walk away. They charge £13 for 24 hours & you can pay with PayByPhone code - 810456. For dropping off your luggage, there's plenty of space outside the property to pull up temporarily.

Thorning Street, where the property is located, provides direct access to the water, with the ability to launch small boats so for days on the water it's perfect (tide permitting). A few steps from your property, head out at sunrise for a peaceful paddleboard along this stunning coastline.
