This ground floor one-bedroom apartment benefits from its own private entrance and includes a dedicated parking space directly in front of the property.
- Guests can arrive at their own leisure (check in after 3pm, and check out by 10am).
- There is a key safe located at the property
- There is a doorbell incase you have any issues accessing the property.
The accommodation features a bright open-plan kitchen, lounge, and dining area, fully equipped with modern white goods including a washing machine and fridge freezer. Welcome drinks can be found in the fridge on arrival.
In the lounge you will find a 32" smart TV.

However you can access most applications (like Netflix, Prime and catch up TV - itv hub, channel 4) instead.
The bedroom offers a comfortable double bed with two side tables and lamps, accompanied by wardrobe space, an ironing board, and iron.
The bathroom includes a large bath with an overhead shower, ideal for both relaxing and convenience.
All towels and linen are supplied to you during your stay.
