The space
"The Loft" is the entire top floor of The Kings Head, a freehouse pub in Ruan Lanihorne, deep in the Roseland: an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) on Cornwall's south coast.
Downstairs, you have your own small reception room, a quiet spot to make a cup of tea or coffee and get settled in, overlooking the Ruan Lanihorne section of the Fal River. There's also a mini-fridge for you to store and cold drinks or refreshments.
Upstairs you'll find a queen-size double bedroom, a comfortable lounge area to relax in, and your own en-suite bathroom.
Breakfast is included with your stay.
It's an easy base for exploring on foot or by car, you're 10 miles from Truro Cathedral, 8 from St Mawes, and 5 from Portscatho. Free parking is available at the property, along with high-speed wifi throughout.
And downstairs, whenever you fancy it, there's a proper village pub: local ales, a beer garden, and a roaring fire when the weather turns colder.
Guest access
You have access to the whole of the top floor, encompassing the bedroom, bathroom, and living room.
Of course, when open, you can also join the locals and holidaymakers at the pub bar downstairs!
