Kinky Lab is a fully equipped adult apartment in the heart of Belgrade, created by renowned sex educator Arina Vintovkina. It’s thoughtfully designed for couples who are curious to explore kink, deepen intimacy, and enjoy playful experiences in a stylish, cozy, and completely private space. Features include a mirrored ceiling, swing, cage, suspension frame, bondage gear, impact toys, restraints, lube, condoms, and carefully selected details that support safety, comfort, consent, and connection.

The space
The apartment includes a bedroom with a large 180×200 bed and mirrored ceiling, a spacious open area with wooden beams and suspension points, and a cozy living corner. There is a walk-in shower, heated floors, and an open-plan kitchenette equipped with a coffee machine, toaster, stove, and all basic utensils. Lighting is fully adjustable in color and intensity. The space is private, quiet, and designed for comfort and flexibility of use.

Guest access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment during their stay. This includes the bedroom, open play area, bathroom, and fully equipped kitchenette. All gear and equipment present in the space is available for private use. There is also access to a private inner courtyard through the window, suitable for fresh air or smoking. No other guests or hosts will be present — the space is fully yours for the duration of the booking.
