3 bed static caravan with sea views located at the award winning Ladram Bay Holiday Park - which has a private beach (no dogs), indoor pool (fees apply) bar and restaurant, and many more facilities.
Our caravan sleeps up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms (1 double, 1 small double and 1 twin). Shower room & second toilet. Outdoor area with large wrap around deck, patio with picnic bench and BBQ plus a lawn area.
The space
Open plan lounge with sofa, smart TV, DVD player and WiFi. Use the wrap around decking to get to the sea views and an outdoor sofa and 2 chairs.
Fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, grill and oven, plus microwave & fridge freezer. Oven gloves and tea towels provided. There is a filter coffee maker with filters supplied, but please bring your own ground coffee.
Main bedroom is a double bed with large wardrobe and small dressing table area.
Second bedroom is a small double with a wardrobe.
Third bedroom is a twin room with a wardrobe and a selection of games and toys.
Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet plus additional separate toilet and sink.
Caravan has central heating and a fire in living area, plus a clothes airer and a rotary line for use outside in the lawn.
All bedding and towels for use in the caravan are provided. Please bring your own towels for use at the pool and beach.
Outdoor area is equipped with a picnic bench and gas BBQ with tools.

One parking space outside caravan, additional parking in car park.
Please note that there are steps to access the caravan from the single parking space (x5) and also steps to access the caravan from the garden (x3).
Other things to note
Dog friendly, but no smoking and no parties or events.
Ladram has 2 7KWh Pod Point chargers in the main carpark, you need the Pod Point app to use these.
Due to steep gradients, and steps in certain areas, Ladram Bay may not be suitable for wheelchair users or persons with mobility difficulties.
Access to the facilities is included but some are chargeable directly with the park (swimming pool, climbing wall and miniature golf, plus gym and exercise classes) please refer to the Ladram Bay website for more details.
