Spacious apartment tucked away in Le Fayet, in Saint-Gervais les Bains.
Bright and airy, the apartment has an open plan kitchen-living room space, with large patio doors giving access to the south-facing garden and terrace. A separate bedroom and bathroom mean there's space to spread out.
It's our home-from-home, perfect for summer or winter and just a 10-minute walk to Le Fayet railway station and the "Valleen" gondola.
Linen hire available upon request - not included in the rental price.
The space
Living room: A bright and spacious space with sofa, rocking chair, TV and free wifi. A small selection of board games/lego can be found under the TV. Maps and guidebooks of the area are also in the drawers for your use. A large patio door provides access to the terrace and garden, with a table and four chairs.
Kitchen-diner: A fully equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, hob and oven. All cookware and tableware provided, with plenty of space for your groceries. For your coffee and cheese needs, we've provided a Nescafe Dolce-Gusto Piccolo XS coffee machine, and fondue set. Large dining table with four comfy chairs.
Bedroom: Kingsize bed with beside tables, large built in wardrobes, full length mirror and chair.
Bathroom: Large bathroom with bath and overhead shower, basin, toilet, towel rail, and washing machine.
Entry space: Large cupboard for boots, coats, skis/boards/whatever else you want to hide away.
Other features:
The apartment has central heating, themal curtains & voiles on the inside and electric shutters on the outside.
Cleaning equipment and supplies are provided, along with a laundry basket and clothers airer.
Guest access
Guests have access to the whole space, with just one cupboard reserved for our stuff while we're not there.
Other things to note
The Tramway de Mont Blanc runs past the apartment block. The tram runs about once/twice an hour (depending on time of day and the season) and it can be heard if you're outside on the terrace, or if the door or window is open.
Parking: there is an allocated space in the outside car park - details provided in the arrival guide.
Bicycle storage: there is communal bicycle storage available in building A (by the road). Let us know if you need something more secure.
Linen hire: Use of own linen is required. Please contact upon booking if you wish to use hire linen.
