The space
Experience unparalleled luxury and seaside comfort at our newly built villa in beautiful Anissaras, Crete, just 120 meters away from the sea. Designed styled in a sophisticated neo-classical maisonette while exterior surfaces built with rare natural stones from the village of Aloides. this serene escape spans a spacious usable 100 sq.m and is only 130 meters from 5 organised sandy beaches, and nearby areas offer bike trails, sea sports, horse riding, tennis, football and more.

Bedrooms: Two bedrooms, master with double bed and another with two single beds, each with individual air conditioning, ventilation, safes, two wardrobes, down duvet, pure cotten linen, cotton quilt and an extra shared wardrobe with a washing machine.
Bathroom: Features a double sink for added convenience, blow dryer and bathroom amenities.

- First Floor
Kitchen & Living Room: Kitchen with an island flows seamlessly into a chic living room and a WC. Fully equipped with 75 inches TV, fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machines etc.
Outdoor Space: Step outside to a 30 sq.m pool and a 50 sq.m courtyard, a mixed surface of hybrid turf grass and natural marbles perfect for relaxation and sunbathing. Bath towels as well as beach towels and umbrella are provided. The villa patio has adequate sea view.

Roof Terrace: Equipped with a seating area, BBQ setup, sea view (front) and mountain view (back).
Private Lift: All floors are interlinked with a private lift.
