Enjoy a stylish and relaxing stay in this newly refurbished apartment, set in the heart of Southsea Portsmouth, a vibrant coastal city rich in history, culture, and sea air. Ideal for couples, creatives, or friends sharing, this artistic space offers comfort, character, and a welcoming home-from-home feel.
The Space
This welcoming apartment sleeps up to 2 guests (with optional accommodation for a third). It consists of a comfortable double bedroom, separated from the living area by a curtain for privacy, a relaxed living room with sofa bed (ideal for two people sharing the accommodation or suitable for a third guest for an additional supplement). A modern shower room and toilet and finally a well-appointed kitchen with sink, dishwasher, fridge, hob, and air fryer (please note: no oven).
The apartment is located beneath a Victorian townhouse. While you’ll have sole access to the flat, occasional footsteps may be heard from above.
Guest Access
There are a few steps down into the property, after which you’ll have exclusive use of the entire apartment.
Parking
On-street parking is available via visitor permits. One permit is included with each night of your booking (additional permits are available for a small cost).
Other Things to Note
We want your stay to feel as comfortable and home-from-home as possible. You’ll find a selection of teas and coffee and basics such as olive oil, some herbs and spices and dishwasher tablets. Once booked, you’re welcome to request dairy or non-dairy milk to be left in the fridge for your arrival.

Pricing Notes
-The standard nightly rate is based on two guests sharing the apartment.
-The sofa bed is suitable where two people are sharing the apartment or it can be used for a third guest.
-A supplement applies for a third guest — this will be added automatically when guest numbers are entered correctly at booking.
-One on-street parking permit is included per night of your stay. Others can be purchased at £1.50 per voucher
-Longer stays may benefit from weekly or monthly discounts, where available.
-Please ensure guest numbers are accurate at the time of booking to avoid additional charges.
