The space
The studio annex is joined to our main family home, though is completely self contained with its own private bathroom.

Private access through French doors from the front of the property; private door to access enclosed sunny garden to the rear of the property.

Guests own outdoor seating area & BBQ to the front of the property. (Garden area is private, only shared with our household. Back garden is completely enclosed, so safe for dogs)

Open-plan space consists of:
King-size bed, 2 seater sofa, kitchen table, equipped kitchenette area with gas hob, sink, fridge, 30L combination microwave with oven/airfryer/grill, kettle, coffee maker

Wi-fi, books & and board games. We have a smart tv for Netflix, amazon prime etc but not linked to general TV

Electric fire & central heating, triple glazing throughout

Bathroom: underfloor heating, heated towel rail

Includes bed linen and towels, tea & coffee

We can welcome one (cat friendly) pet; please confirm when booking
