Welcome to Merino, one of two boutique retreats within The Shepherd's Collection. Nestled between the South Downs National Park and the Sussex coast in picturesque Angmering, it's perfectly located for Arundel, Goodwood, historic villages and beautiful beaches. For larger groups, our neighbouring garden retreat, The Resting Shepherd, can also be booked separately, sleeping up to four guests across both properties.

Merino is a beautifully appointed Victorian ground floor apartment offering high ceilings, elegant interiors and a light, airy feel throughout. The apartment features a spacious bay-fronted lounge, a calming double bedroom with a spa-like ambience, a stylish walk-in shower room and a contemporary fully equipped kitchen with views across the beautifully landscaped 100-foot Victorian garden. Guests also enjoy access to the peaceful shared Victorian garden.

Guests have access to all the areas described, including the beautifully landscaped 100-foot Victorian garden with its lawn, planted borders and raised decking. The garden is shared with our garden dwelling, The Resting Shepherd, part of The Shepherd’s Collection. One allocated parking space is also included for your convenience.
