The space
Môr Glas is a stunning contemporary home designed with comfort, style, and breathtaking views in mind. Located in the picturesque coastal town of Deganwy, North Wales, our house offers an unforgettable stay, whether you're here for a peaceful retreat or an adventure-filled getaway.
The main thing that will captivate you is the panoramic sea views. From the living area, you’ll enjoy sweeping vistas across Conwy Bay, stretching from Penmaenmawr’s headland to the Great Orme in Llandudno. From the spacious balcony, watch the boats pass by throughout the day or the sunset over the sea in the evening.
The first floor boasts a bright and airy open-plan living space with large sliding glass doors which open up to the balcony, inviting the outdoors in. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with top-quality appliances, a breakfast bar and table, and there is a separate dining area providing space for all guests to sit and eat together. The first floor also features the master bedroom with a luxury en-suite and walk-in wardrobe.
On the ground floor, you’ll find generously sized bedrooms, one with a sea view and two of which have direct access to the rear garden. There is also a stylish contemporary bathroom, a spacious utility room, a cosy snug (sea view), and a study.
The outdoor spaces are just as impressive. The landscaped gardens, which wrap around the property, offer plenty of space to enjoy the fresh air. The private rear garden with a pergola is ideal for chilling with family and friends, while the front garden provides a great spot to relax and watch the world go by.
Guest access
The whole property is available for guest use with the exception of the summer house in the back garden, which is for host use only.

The village centre is within walking distance, including village amenities and
promenade whilst the coastal path is just a short stroll – this path runs alongside the golf
course and circumnavigates the Great Orme, making this a real highlight to appreciate the
surrounding scenery.
