The annex provides access to miles of golden sand and rolling dunes, making it a haven for beach lovers, surfers, and nature enthusiasts. With a homely setting and modern amenities, this retreat is the perfect base for exploring Cornwall’s breathtaking coastline, vibrant seaside towns, and iconic landmarks like St Ives and Godrevy Lighthouse.

The space
Morwenna Sands is thoughtfully designed to offer comfort, functionality, and style, ensuring a memorable stay:
• Living Room: A cosy, light-filled space with a plush sofa and armchair, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Enjoy the smart TV, books, and games for evenings in, or simply unwind in the warm and welcoming atmosphere.
• Kitchen: The brand-new U-shaped kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, including an oven, hob, microwave, and dishwasher. Light wood countertops and navy blue cabinetry add a contemporary touch, while ample natural light makes it a pleasant space to prepare meals.
• Main Bedroom: Rest easy in the king-size bed with soft linens, set in a peaceful and inviting space perfect for a good night’s sleep.
• Twin Bedroom: Ideal for kids or friends, this room features two neatly made single beds, each with a light green throw, and charming touches to make guests feel welcome.
• Bathroom: This modern bathroom is both stylish and functional, offering a shower and sleek fixtures to refresh after a day in the sun.
• Outdoor Space: Step outside to the decking area, where a patio set invites you to enjoy meals al fresco or relax with a morning coffee while soaking in the fresh coastal air.

With free parking at the entrance and private access to the dunes, Morwenna Sands is a true Cornish gem. Our home is more suited to families with children/couples. This is due to size of property.

Guests have exclusive use of the entire annex, offering privacy and comfort throughout their stay.

Please note: Morwenna Sands is a non-smoking property to maintain a fresh and welcoming environment for all.

• Dog-Friendly: One small, friendly dog is welcome for an additional fee, making this an ideal getaway for pet owners.
• Beach Access: The walk to the beach includes paths over grassy dunes, which may not be suitable for those with limited mobility.
