Our apartment in the Aguas Verdes complex, located in the heart of a protected nature park, offers breathtaking views of the Atlantic, unforgettable sunsets and absolute silence. It's the perfect place for couples, solo travelers, or families who want to really relax away from the crowds and hustle and bustle. If you are looking for a peaceful haven where nature, comfort and respect go hand in hand, you have come to the right place.

The space
Our thoughtfully furnished apartment is designed for rest, relaxation, and reconnecting with nature. Located on a gentle hillside overlooking the ocean, it features a bright living area with an open-plan kitchen, a cozy bedroom with ample wardrobe space, a bathroom with a shower and washing machine, and a private balcony where you can enjoy the sea breeze or stargaze at night.

Guests have access to beautifully maintained communal areas, including two swimming pools, tennis courts, and walking paths surrounded by volcanic landscapes and palm trees. The apartment is part of a tranquil and respectful community—ideal for travelers who value calm, privacy, and a homey atmosphere. This is not a party destination, and we kindly ask all guests to treat the space with care.

Discounts: Because the majority of our revenue goes toward these mandatory taxes, and then into remaining operational costs, we are unable to offer any further discounts. We appreciate your understanding!

Communication: There is no mobile phone coverage in the nature reserve, but the apartment has fast and reliable Wi-Fi for calls, streaming, and remote work. We also have a Starlink for a backup.

The apartment is part of a quiet, residential complex. For the comfort and respect of our neighbors and future guests, we do not accept bookings for parties, loud gatherings, or events.
