The space
You will find a fully equipped kitchen as well as an open-plan living and dining area. For your entertainment, there is a smart TV where you can watch your favourite shows and movies. Air conditioning in the living room keeps you cool during warm summer days and provides warmth on cooler evenings. There is also an AC unit in the large bedroom, and all rooms are equipped with ceiling fans for extra comfort.

You can enjoy the Mediterranean sunshine on the beautiful, spacious private terrace.

The apartment is located in La Mata, just 250 metres from the beautiful beach in Torrevieja. Nearby you will find restaurants, bars, shops and much more.

There is also a beautiful, large communal swimming pool that you can enjoy during your stay.

You can park for free on the street.

At the moment we just accept bookings of 10 nights or more. These are not for tourist rentals and are subject to the city's tenancy law (LAU). They are intended for stays for temporary professional, study, or other purposes. A temporary tenancy agreement must be signed for these rentals.
