The space
You will find a fully equipped kitchen as well as an open-plan living and dining area. For your entertainment, there is a smart TV where you can watch your favourite shows and movies. Air conditioning in the living room keeps you cool during warm summer days and provides warmth on cooler evenings. There is also an AC unit in the large bedroom, and all rooms are equipped with ceiling fans for extra comfort.
You can enjoy the Mediterranean sunshine on the beautiful, spacious private terrace.
The apartment is located in La Mata, just 250 metres from the beautiful beach in Torrevieja. Nearby you will find restaurants, bars, shops and much more.
There is also a beautiful, large communal swimming pool that you can enjoy during your stay.
You can park for free on the street.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE BOOKING
In accordance with current regulations (Decree-Law 9/2024 of August), we can only accept bookings of 10 nights or more.
This accommodation is not available for tourist stays or holidays. It is intended exclusively for guests who need temporary accommodation for reasons such as:
- Remote work or digital nomad stays
- Temporary work assignments or business travel
- Studies, courses, or internships
- Medical treatment or health-related reasons
- Family or personal circumstances requiring a -temporary stay
- Other legitimate temporary purposes
To comply with the regulations, guests will be required to sign a temporary rental agreement before check-in and may be asked to provide documentation confirming the reason for their stay.

Check-ins between 00:00 and 02:00 incur a 50€ supplement.
