Norfolk Beach House, absolutely seaside house with sea views, beach access, hot tub, private garden, off street parking, sleeps 14 in comfort, located in unspoilt village of Mundesley by the sea. Ideal for max 12 adults or 14 with children.
We are located right in front of the beach walkway. Amazing views from the huge kitchen and diner (seats 12) in the garden room. Two bedrooms with sea views. Extensive gardens with terrace area with sea views. Table tennis, wifi, cini room, log fire
The space
Perfect seaside retreat with great views, relaxing spaces, mini cini room, bar/dancing area, log fires and spa pool. We have 3 sitting rooms, one features log fire, 1 is a cini-room and one large room ideal for whole group or dancing. The kitchen/garden room seats 12, the beach garden oak table seats 14 al fresco with sea views. There is a small spa area and table tennis. There is a large garden, trees and driveway for 5 cars. We sleep 14 in 7 bedrooms with a choice of 5 doubles (3 standard, 1 is 4ft, 1 king) and 5 singles (twin leading to second twin in attic). Meadow House is often described as a home from home and is full of an eclectic mix or art and antiques.

Whole house access to sleep 14, we only have dining space for 12 inside or 14 al fresco
Other things to note
Pets considered on a request basis £75 weekend £125 4-7 days, plus we have very strict conditions and hold a £150 security deposit.
Spa pool has a noise and safety curfew of 10pm. We are not suitable for weddings or parties. Dancing is permitted in the large sitting room for the house guests. Additional guests exceeding the house limit of 14 must be requested. We are not suitable for large gatherings of parties. Same sex groups of women only is permitted (max 12) with additional security deposit of £500 and we remind you it’s a chill house not a party house.

Neighbourhood highlights
We are located on the cliff in front of the sea by the second beach path, leading to a quiet beach. Turn right out of our gate and it’s 3 minutes to the village and main esplanade. Mundesley is a unique seaside Norfolk village with a little square and all the old shops, fresh fish, meat, produce etc. There’s a park, arcade, pitch and putt, amazing walks and The Broads just 5 miles away. The village had 3 pubs, The Ship is the most popular. The Gunton Arms is a amazing gastro pub on a deer park (6 miles) and our favourite local is The Vernon Arms (4miles). There is a Tesco express 150m from us and a Waitrose and Sainsbury’s 4 miles away in North Walsham. The nearest station is North Walsham to Norwich and beyond. Mundesley has a Blue ribbon award winning beach. Cromer with pier, theatre, cinema, restaurants, surfing etc is 6 miles away. There are pool at Trimmingham, North Walsham and wave pool in Sheringham. There’s great golf in mundesley and Cromer, Sheringham. Antique hunting in North Walsham and Holt. Nightlife and city shopping in Norwich.

I have two beach house holiday homes under the Norfolk Beach House banner. One is in Mundesley, Meadow House, Sleeps 14 and another in Cromer, Woodford House, sleeps 2. Both have stunning sea views, beach access and the larger one a huge garden, hot tub and off road parking.
