Fully equipped kitchen, 65-inch smart TV, high-speed fibre WiFi, washing machine and dishwasher. Two bedrooms on separate floors, each with its own private bathroom and terrace. Private indoor parking included. The gated community has 3 pools, landscaped gardens and 24h security with 3 access points.

Nueva Andalucía is a calm, residential pocket of Marbella — a 5-minute walk to Puerto Banús nightlife and dining without the noise, and close to the Aloha, Las Brisas and Los Naranjos golf courses.
