Only 3 years old static caravan at the Parkdean resort of Ocean Edge. Great for visiting the Lake District, historic Lancaster and the lovely beach of Morecambe Bay. Golf course close by and a lovely pub serving food at the end of the road. The ferry to the Isle of Man is close. Heysham Village has some great pubs and cafes . Excellent family friendly resort. So many activities close by and a great public transport network. Nature Reserve for bird watching.

The space
Three bedrooms. One double bedroom. Two bedrooms with 2 single beds each that can be pushed together. Two bathrooms, one with a large walk-in shower. Full kitchen with dishwasher. Lounge and dining table area with large smart TV, with free local channels. There is free wifi, it can be a tad spotty/patchy, sometimes non-existent and I would suggest you do NOT rely on the signal to be consistent. A lock box with key is located by the deck to allow for simple arrival and departure. Table with two chairs outside and four additional camping chairs.

Please note the club house/entertainment will re open for the half-term break starting 13th February, 2026.
Facilities on site include heated indoor pool and sauna, bar and restaurant, arcades, playground, soft play, sports court, arts and crafts den, ice cream and waffle house, street food van and showbar for daily evening family entertainment including bingo and live acts. You will need to purchase a pass for this as they are not included in the cost of the rental of the van.
Passes to be purchased at reception on arrival and here are the current prices - the passes are for dates not during school holidays; they are £12 for 7 days and are around £10.80 for less than 7 days. During peak dates, they are £21 for 7 days and £18.90 for less than 7 days. All passes are the same price for children and adults.
There is a form located on the dining table inside the van that you will have to complete and take to the reception when purchasing the passes.
