Nestled in our 7 acre SSSI ( Site of Scientific Interest) with wonderful peaceful views over the beautiful unspoilt Cleddau Valley and away to the Preseli Mountains, we are just 2 miles from the seaside town of Fishguard.
Enjoy your own private patio, BBQ , walk your dog, or sit and watch the stars from a number of other seating areas within the grounds. Dog friendly throughout & at local beaches, pubs and cafes .

The space
A warm and cosy converted barn, tastefully furnished with a fully functional kitchen diner, warm and cosy living room including log burner with sliding patio doors opening onto a private patio. A separate 'snug' boasts sofa and cosy chair perfect for reading and listening to music. Bathroom downstairs with another upstairs alongside 2 bedrooms. Main bedroom with kingsize bed, and 2nd bedroom with twin beds ( convertible to large king if requested at booking ).

Private parking for multiple vehicles, leads down a few steps to private seating area and main entrance.

Separate seating areas and shared patios also available around the grounds

Need a larger space for extended family / friends - consider booking both our barns ( East & West ) together - attached with shared private patio directly accessible from both when used together.

Other things to note
Our drive is gated, and accessed via a short single track lane.

My work: Now Semi Retired
Semi retired now from the building and Automotive industries, my wife (Su) and I run our barns together, in addition to a fairly local Cafe. Time is now spent gardening, rebuilding my Defender, Motorbiking or model ship building. My new achievement is making the best coffee in the area at our cafe while Su makes the best breakfast & great cakes! I am also desperately trying to learn piano again after many years absence
