Hidden away from the road along a sweeping tree-lined drive, The Garden Room is set within the picturesque surroundings of Penvores Farm.

This peaceful retreat is perfectly positioned to explore the Lizard Peninsula's spectacular beaches, secluded coves and dramatic coastal scenery.

The space is cosy and well designed, providing a comfortable base for beach days, coastal walks and quiet evenings surrounded by nature.

The space
Quality king size bed and freshly pressed white linen will ensure your stay is comfortable. The en suite shower room with a large walk-in shower and comfortable proportions.

Lovely kitchenette has all you need to prepare basic meals with a kettle, toaster, gas hob and fridge/freezer.

Guest access
Accessed directly from the main drive, with parking right outside, The Garden Room enjoys its own private space overlooking the garden in a peaceful countryside setting.

Other things to note
In addition to our family home, there are other holiday accommodations on the farm. However all are very separate and do not a join each other offering maximum privacy.

We are just 7 minutes drive from the popular Poldhu Cove with countless more secluded coves and beaches to explore around the Lizard Peninsular. There are also public 3 footpaths that can be explored right from the farm itself. You can walk to the coast in about an hour.

Popular nearby destinations include The Lizard, Helford River, St Michael’s Mount, Penzance, Falmouth and Kynance Cove.

Our farm is set back around 400m from the road in a very secluded position. There are no near neighbours.
