Modern 1-bedroom apartment centrally located in Pererenan perfect for 2 people and/or a baby/child. Walking distance to the best restaurants in Pererenan like Shelter, Honey, Bokashi, 7 min walk to Pererenan Beach (1 min by bike).
With its modern design, high-end amenities, and positioning at the beginning of our plot, you truly get the best of both worlds; optimal comfort with an unbeatable location in the heart of Pererenan.
The space
This unit is part of The Leo Villas compound in Pererenan. There is a shared main gate with 24/7 security, but the unit itself has a completely private entrance leading directly into the home.
The property includes:
- a separate bedroom
- a private ensuite bathroom
- a living and kitchen area
- a private rooftop terrace
This is our only 1-bedroom property, but still has most of the luxuries of our larger Villas such as a fully equipped kitchen which includes an electric stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, ceramics, pans, cooking utensils, blender, wine glasses, purified water filter, spacious kitchen counter and dining table.
Moreover, the apartment has a Smart TV as well as a designated working area.
The bedroom features extra-large wardrobes and super soft quality bed linens (100% Egyptian cotton) and pillows for maximum comfort.
The villa has a rooftop which can be enjoyed at any time of day - from sunrise yoga to sunset drinks.
Next to the entrance there's only a small cleaning/maintenance office, but no shared living spaces or common areas with guest from other villas. The other villas in the compound are located a bit far away, so this unit offers full privacy.
