Sleeps up to 10 guests in an enviable location on a beautiful farm in the heart of Denby Dale.

Within walking distance to the bars, pubs and restaurants yet tucked away to benefit from the peace and quiet of the countryside.

The barn includes accommodation on two floors. Each apartment is self contained and includes its own kitchen, dining area, sitting room, two bedrooms and bathrooms.

The space
Welcome to Pingle Nook Farm

Discover two beautifully converted apartments nestled within a characterful former corn store on Pingle Nook Farm. Lovingly transformed in 2026, these stylish, well-equipped spaces offer cosy, modern comfort for up to 10 guests.

The Setting

Perfectly positioned amidst peaceful fields yet just a short stroll from local shops, cafés, restaurants, and bars, the farm offers the ideal blend of countryside tranquility and convenient access to amenities.

Accommodation

The Barn features:
2 apartments for up to 10 guests (5 in each apartment) with separate entrances.
A private entrance with parking for 2–3 cars
A secure private garden with a charming outdoor entertaining area
Direct access to Pingle Cluck, where guests can collect fresh eggs — a delightful experience for children!
We also welcome up to two well-behaved dogs in the ground-floor apartment only.

We also have a newly constructed games room kitted out with a 85” TV, WiFi, Switch 2 and a dart board. It’s such a fantastic space to chill or play some games.

Inside the Apartments

As self-catering accommodations, both apartments are fully equipped with everything you need for a home-away-from-home experience.

Each beautifully styled, modern kitchen includes:

A hob, oven, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine, and microwave.
The dining areas both feature a lovingly restored farmhouse-style table seating up to five guests.
The ground-floor apartment also benefits from a separate drying room, ideal for drying wet clothes overnight.

Living Spaces

Relax in the inviting living rooms, each furnished with a comfortable leather corner sofa seating five, Smart TVs, a variety of games, and internet access.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

Both apartments share a similar layout, each offering:

Two cosy bedrooms, sleeping up to five adults
Bedroom 1: King-size bed
Bedroom 2: Triple sleeper bunk (double bed below, single bed above)
Ample wardrobe and storage space

Bathrooms include:

Ground floor apartment: Spacious bathroom with bath, shower over, toilet, and sink
First floor apartment: Modern shower room with large walk-in shower, toilet, and sink
Additionally, the main bedroom features a private en suite with shower, toilet, and sink

Extras

Guests also have access to our two private dog parks, both within walking distance of the barn. These can be booked directly through our website — The Pooch Park Denby Dale.

The Barn is situated adjacent to a network of footpaths, so if walking is your thing, you will be spoilt for choice.

Guest access
Guests have access to both apartments within the building and the immediate outside space, which includes a secure private garden and parking area for 2-3 cars. Guests can also wander into Pingle Cluck and collect the fresh eggs, which taste great for breakfast!

Other things to note
Guests must not park or enter the farmyard due to large vehicles and heavy machinery passing through.

We do accept up to 2 well behaved dogs but please note that they can only stop in the ground floor apartment. We do not accept dogs in the apartment on the first floor.
