A unique opportunity to stay at Pylewell, near Lymington, a quirky three bedroom self contained apartment within a grade 2 star listed house.

Enjoy the exclusive roof terrace, access to house gardens and private access beach. Dog and child friendly (please note 58 steps to access but the view is worth it!)

Completely exclusive & peaceful - a short drive to Lymington town and short walk to local pub, beach, footpaths and parkland.

The space
Totally unique in style and setting, this wonderful penthouse is a fabulous apartment for six situated on the top floor of Pylewell Park in the New Forest near Lymington, Hampshire.

The penthouse is included in our wedding offering and is completely self contained from the main house, perfect for the bride or groom to take for the night prior and ensure you don’t bump into each other in the morning!

A little more casual than the main house there is a self contained kitchen, living room and roof terrace. It’s also a wonderful offering for families and is dog friendly.

A member of staff will always be here to check you in and provide you with a code to access the house.

The ground floor of the house and other bedrooms are out of bounds.

The Penthouse is exclusively yours with a communal living and dining space and balcony.

You are welcome to explore the grounds here at Pylewell. We have private access down to the beach, a gorgeous private lake on site, and many local walking routes.

Wightlink Ferry from Lymington to Yarmouth – Isle of Wight Day Trip:
The local Lymington Docks enables you to catch the ferry across to the Isle of Wight for a day trip on the island. The Ferry takes roughly 40 minutes and provides you with beautiful views across the Solent. This must be pre-booked due to the covid-19 situation.

When you check in, we will advise on a number of family friendly days out and things to do in the local area. If you are a couple, we would be delighted to make recommendations on local activities to do, and romantic restaurants and pubs to eat at.
