The house has three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom, and an enclosed terrace. The beach is 50m away, with a small dock, two SUPs, and sun loungers.

• 🐕 Dogs are welcome only if the following rules are respected:

- ❌ Dogs are not allowed in bedrooms or bathrooms.
- 🧼 Please wash your dog outside using the outdoor shower.
- Bring your own dog bed or sleeping mat.
- ⚠️ Violation of dog rules will incur a €25 cleaning charge (no exceptions, even for small dogs).
This ensures the comfort and safety of future guests who may have allergies.

• 🚘 The house is accessible by car; however, the last 2 km of the road are not asphalted.
