The fully equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare your own meals using our basic kitchen appliances and enjoy them in the cozy dining area.

3. The following amenities are pay as you go:

Swimming pool:
- Php200.00/head. Children age 11 years old below are free of charge
- Closed every Monday for cleaning & maintenance
- To use the swimming pool, please inform the host at least 1 day in advance and pay us the fees so we can arrange your pool access.

Multi-purpose court: Php200.00/head

Paid Parking:
- Available at San Lorenzo Place Mall's basement parking
- Weekdays: Php50 for the first 3 hours, Php20 for the succeeding hours
- Weekends/holidays: Flat rate of Php50
- Overnight charge: Php300
- Subject to availability. Price may vary without prior notice

Fitness gym: Exclusive for residents only. However, Gold's Gym at the 2nd floor of San Lorenzo Place Mall allows you to have a day pass or pay as you go.

Other things to note
Upon booking confirmation, all guests must send a copy of valid ID for authorization form for easy access when checking in. This form will be presented upon arrival at the reception. Please be reminded failing to comply with this requirement might result to not being able to access the property on time of the booking.
