Experience the beauty of Mersea Island in this cosy shepherd’s hut, just 100m from the beach. Enjoy stunning sea views, a comfy double bed, a well-equipped kitchen, and a warm shower. Relax in your private fenced garden with on-site parking, and take a short stroll to nearby pubs, shops, and the scenic harbour. Ideal for year-round adventurers or just as a peaceful escape. Our hut offers the perfect seasonal retreat by the sea.

The space
The shepherd's hut has one large double bed, a seating area with a pull-out table, and a small kitchen with a microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge, and plug-in hob plate.

A small bathroom at the end of the property has a WC, basin, and shower.

Outside, you have a small garden with chairs, a table, and a BBQ.

There is also a parking space next to the hut.

The property is located within the owner's garden but is fenced off.

Booking agent, prior to arrival, is through Mark Nicholson, who will deal with all enquiries, prices, and booking confirmations ahead of your stay.

If you are bringing a dog, please ensure that your pet has received all necessary treatments, including flea treatment, at the time of booking.

We just want to make sure your best friend doesn't bring any little friends with him!
