Welcome to the Southern Charm property — two homes on a peaceful 6-acre former horse farm in Denham Springs. Southern Charm Guest House is one of them; the other is Southern Charm Oaks, our newly listed sister home. Want to book both homes together for your stay (14 guests)? Just message us directly.
Tucked away in a quiet, safe corner of the property, you’re just 10 minutes from I-12 and a 25-minute drive from Tiger Stadium.
Enjoy 1500 square feet of space with 16-foot vaulted ceilings, brick flooring, and a beautifully renovated kitchen featuring a nine-foot granite island and a handmade farmhouse table. French doors open to a serene porch and landscaped courtyard. Separate entrances, parking, and well-thought-out amenities ensure privacy and convenience, providing a peaceful retreat perfect for unwinding in nature.
A welcoming open floor plan perfect for family gatherings and memorable dining experiences. The spacious great room seamlessly flows into a fully stocked and furnished kitchen, including essentials like cookware, coffee, and spices, where you can create delicious meals. Our guest house offers two cozy bedrooms and a well-appointed bathroom with complimentary toiletries. You'll enjoy a custom walk-in shower with a bench and two shower heads—an overhead and handheld option. Extra towels can be conveniently located in the mirrored cabinet.
Guest access
During your stay, you'll enjoy exclusive access to the entire guest house, a peaceful patio and our beautiful gardens. The patio overlooks the courtyard, which borders Southern Charm Oaks next door.
The Guest House has its own private entrance and dedicated guest parking spaces along the brick wall near the courtyard entrance. There's ample parking available — including space for trailers.

Our private outdoor Jacuzzi tub is available seasonally during the warmer months for a refreshing, spa-like soak. While it isn’t heated, it’s perfect for cooling off and unwinding in the summer sunshine. If you’d like to use it during your stay, just let us know after booking—we’ll be happy to fill it with fresh water for you.
