The space
Escape to a private guest house on a 6-acre former horse farm in a quiet and safe area, just 10 minutes from I-12 and a 25-minute drive from Tiger Stadium.
Enjoy 1500 square feet of space with 16-foot vaulted ceilings, brick flooring, and a beautifully renovated kitchen featuring a nine-foot granite island and a handmade farmhouse table. French doors open to a serene porch and landscaped courtyard. Separate entrances, parking, and well-thought-out amenities ensure privacy and convenience, providing a peaceful retreat perfect for unwinding in nature.
A welcoming open floor plan perfect for family gatherings and memorable dining experiences. The spacious great room seamlessly flows into a fully stocked and furnished kitchen, including essentials like cookware, coffee, and spices, where you can create delicious meals. Our guest house offers two cozy bedrooms and a well-appointed bathroom with complimentary toiletries. You'll enjoy a custom walk-in shower with a bench and two shower heads—an overhead and handheld option. Extra towels can be conveniently located in the mirrored cabinet.

Our private outdoor Jacuzzi tub is available seasonally during the warmer months for a refreshing, spa-like soak. While it isn’t heated, it’s perfect for cooling off and unwinding in the summer sunshine. If you’d like to use it during your stay, just let us know after booking—we’ll be happy to fill it with fresh water for you.

During your stay, you may occasionally see Craig and Marsha, the property owners, or James, our friendly groundskeeper, who helps keep the property looking its best. They might be tending to the plants, maintaining the lawn, or walking Belle—our sweet 7-year-old yellow Lab. Belle is very friendly and loves meeting new people!
Morgan and her father, Craig, are at your service and readily available through the Airbnb app. Craig enjoys welcoming guests in person and offering tours when possible. Otherwise, we respect your privacy and tend to keep to ourselves so you can enjoy a relaxing and comfortable stay.

We offer an accessible parking spot and a 32-inch-wide guest entrance doorway. Please note there's one step into the courtyard and another into the guest house. While we've successfully hosted guests using wheelchairs, the space is not fully accessible due to these steps and the absence of hoists.
