Mountain view

This beautifully renovated townhouse in one of the Andalusian white villages gives you the opportunity to experience Spanish village life at it's best. The house is spacious with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and a modern kitchen, excellent fiber optic cable Wifi, TV and comfortable beds. It is a wonderful and unique holiday house.
The roof terrace with a Weber gas BBQ, dining table for 6 and some sun beds is ideal to enjoy the warm Andalusian nights or to sun bathe during the day.

The space
This is a lovingly decorated townhouse where you will feel at home and will be happy to enjoy village life.
The bedrooms all have new double beds 160 x 200 cm, two with en-suite bathrooms plus one separate bathroom with washing machine.

The bedrooms are all air-conditioned and have ceiling fans as has the dining room. For the winter there are wall heaters in the bedrooms and a pellets stove in the living/dining/kitchen area to keep the house cozy and warm.

The house is located in a quiet part of the village with no restaurants or bars in the immediate vicinity . But shops, restaurants, bars, indoor and outdoor pool, tennis and padél courts, gyms aso are only a few minutes walk away.

Guest access
You have access to the entire house and if available there is street parking directly in front of the house. If not available there is free street parking a few meters down along the main road.

The pools do not belong to the house and are a hotel pool and 2 municipality pools which can be used for a fee.

Other things to note
The large swimming pool and garden of a hotel in the village can be used during the warm summer months for a fee. There is also a large indoor communal swimming pool in the village which is open all year round. In the summer the roof and sides are usually opened up. Tennis and padél courts are in the village. There is another very pleasant open air communal pool with a fabulous little restaurant in the next village, 2,5 km away, usually open July to early Sep.

Long term stays over 4 weeks, will be charged excess electricity (over 80€, which is very seldom exceeded). Pellets for the pellets burner can be bought at a local shop.
Please be aware that there are stairs in the house when coming with small children.

Cómpeta, Malaga, Spain

To walk through the amazing and narrow streets and alleys is one of the joys of staying in a village. The house is situated near the centre with lots of lovely tapas bars and restaurants to eat out. In the evenings there will be music somewhere almost every day during the summer.
There is a fantastic yoga school in the village, opportunities for horse riding, walking mountain biking, canyoning and much more.
