Enjoy the peace and tranquility of our home. In a quiet corner of Honicombe Manor site, with far reaching views over the Cornish countryside. The open plan living accommodation is spacious & comfortably furnished, with a fully equipped kitchen and everything you will need. We have a spacious balcony for dinning alfresco and outside seating to make the most of the weather. There are plenty of interesting walks around and from the site for you.

The space
Restful retreat is a home from home for us.
It is an upside down house with the 3 bedrooms, bathroom and the loo on the ground floor and the sitting/dinning room with balcony off and the kitchen is on the first floor.
It is an end of terrace in a quiet corner of the holiday site, surrounded on 2 sides with open fields.

There is a children's play area a short walk from the house.
There are tennis courts and the Honicombe Arms, the onsite pub are a short walk away up by the Manor House.

The surrounding grounds are wooded with a stream running down the far perimeter.

Please note that we DO NOT pay into the leisure facilities on site so they are not available to our guests.

Guest access
Guests will have access over the whole of our house.
The cupboard under the stairs is locked for owner use only.

The site has a pub called The Honicombe Arms serving food and Sunday lunches.

The leisure facilities on site are NOT available to our guests.

There are 5 National Trust properties within 45 minutes drive of our home.
The beach at Seaton and the harbour town of Looe are about 45 minutes drive.

Calstock is on the banks of the Tamar a short drive away with a circular walk and fabulous views of the viaduct.

The town of Callington is the closest and Tavistock is just over the border in Devon 15 minutes drive away.

Gunnislake train station is part of the Tamar Valley line with lots of picturesque views along the ride to Plymouth.
Liskeard has a train station with trains all over the south of Cornwall
