The oak framed Annexe, sits within the garden of a beautiful family home, with separate entrance and off street parking.

Sevenoaks Weald is the perfect location to unwind and explore the stunning Kent countryside. We are a short drive to Sevenoaks, Tunbridge Wells, award winning vineyards as well as numerous National Trust properties and stately homes such as Hever Castle, Penshurst Place and Knole Park.

The space
The Annexe provides the perfect base to explore the area. Located in the grounds of a beautiful family home. This wooden oak framed cabin has a kitchen/dining area, with double bed, 2 seater sofa and own ensuite.
Two sets of French doors open out onto your own private terrace and grassed area, perfect for a morning coffee or al fresco dining, all fenced off for your privacy.
There are two electric heaters in the property for colder months.

Facilities include:
- Double bed with extra comfortable mattress topper and all bedding provided.
- 2-seater sofa with cushions and throw.
- Kitchen includes:
microwave, oven and hob, fridge, kettle and toaster and cafetière.
- Instant coffee, tea, sugar, ground coffee, salt, pepper & olive oil provided
- Dining table and 2 chairs
- Outdoor dining table table and chairs on the private terrace for warmer months.
- Bathroom ensuite includes a shower, sink and toilet.
- Bath towel, hand towels, bath mat, tea towel and oven gloves provided
- WiFi available
- TV has satellite channels and access to Netflix and all smart TV channels via own account.

Guest access
The Annexe has a access to an off road parking space, a gate leads you into your own garden, fenced off for privacy and patio with dining table & chairs.
